Condo included a “cleaning fee” guaranteed to be disinfected and clean and the unit was very dirty. We were told to bring paper products which included you to bring your own toilet paper?! And sheets…when we went to take off the blanket (that didn’t have a cover on it to be washed) which is unsanitary in itself..the mattress cover had a lot of disgusting hair on it from every body part:(. So I called. The “management” number and just informed her of the dirty bedding and the overall uncleanliness and she didn’t seem too shocked and said her cleaning lady was at the festival working so she couldn’t come to take care of the bedding and then said she will refund us immediately..I thought “oh my goodness! That is too kind! Thank you!!” And she said in the next sentence “You will have to find another place to stay!!” What?!?! I pretty much begged her to let us stay and we can share the couch to sleep or whatever! I told her we were from Michigan and had traveled very far and there are no other places with vacancy’s and she said “oh sure there is”……I’m panicked and exhausted at this point. This lady had no problem kicking us out into the street…So at the last min she did find a dif unit available…BUT I’m writing this because had you not miraculously found this avail unit you were throwing us out with NOWHERE To go! And our $$ wouldn’t be refunded back for 7-10 days and we all know how that works…so this review is honest and much needed! Also you have to clean before you leave AND make your bed! Lmao you truely shouldn’t charge a cleaning fee for these expectations in fact you can send ME a check for cleaning and holding my cc hostage for a if you don’t follow the rules fee. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN….Buyer beware..Ps as I was laying on the beach the next day I overheard another guest telling her friends almost the same exact story!! So this is obviously her Regular behavior…the area is too beautiful to have poor property managers..you’re ruining people’s vacations and you should be nothing but accommodating!! We pay alot of $ to come stay and you yourself should be ready to hustle over to these condos to make it right!! Not tell me the 1 cleaning lady you have isn’t available…out of 300 + condos to clean…Cmon Clean your act up..

Relaxing

Nice little condo. The kitchen was very stocked!! I brought extra kitchen items and did not need to use them!! We did have issues with the refrigerator, but don't think anyone came to fix it as when we packed up, it still had water on the shelves and in the drawers. This was a last minute for us as we were bumped from a friend's place. Had a very nice neighbor who saw that my sister and I had issues with the steps and he would come down and help us! All in all it was nice and we did have a good time and slept well!!

Good location

The only good thing about this place was proximity to the beach and beach itself. Entire building and condo smelled musty and moldy.It needs update big time.Pretty much everything in the condo was in poor condition. We won’t rent it again .

Clean, convenient and reasonable

The property is well maintained and clean. It is easy to find and close to stores and attractions. It is a bit of a hike to the beach but the beach is wide and clean. We loved it!
