Bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has a twin bed and a double/twin bunk. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher for all your vacation cooking and snacking needs. A washer and dryer is off the kitchen for your convienence.

Additional Amenities: 3 flat-screen TVs, Netflix access, premium cable channels in the living room and master bedroom, a furnished outdoor deck, and the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer.

- NO LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS - at least 5 Days in Advance.

- This property is an Atlantic Beach Office Check-in.

- You must pick up your parking passes and pool bands from the on-site office on the day of check-in. On-site office also has complex WIFI password.

- No boats or trailers are allowed on the property.

- There are 4 HOA onsite dumpsters for garbage disposal.

- Coin operated Laundry Room is located in Building L.

- There is only one elevator per building. Building "L" elevator is located on the Ocean Side between Rooms 131 and 132. Building "K" elevator is located on the Ocean Side between Rooms 167 and 168.

- A Place at the Beach does have a single beach Wheelchair that can be signed out for use at the office located on the property.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
