- Standard check-in: 3:00 PM
- Standard checkout: Before 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon advance approval
- No smoking or vaping inside the home
- No parties, events, or unauthorized overnight visitors
- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Children must be supervised around the fire pit, grill, arcade, and outdoor games
- Fire pit use must follow provided safety instructions
- No food or drinks on the game table or arcade equipment
- Pets must be approved, included in the reservation, and cleaned up after
- Exterior security cameras are present for safety and security
- Smoke alarms, carbon-monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first-aid kit are provided

All guests agree to respect the property, neighboring homes, and posted safety instructions.
