You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The Neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. Your in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5 minute walk to either.
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Located in the historic Peachtree Towers. The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors. Everything is brand new from floor to ceiling. Fully equipped kitchen. Top of the line king and queen mattresses and bedding included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Living space is perfect for business meetings. Sparkling bathroom. Dimming lights for relaxing. TVs and Ceiling fans in every room. 55 inch smart TV and wireless internet. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5 minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15 minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk to

I meticulously renovated and decorated this place. I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details, like a power cord to the night stand, have not been missed..
Surface parking lot right next to the building and a parking deck a block away. Note: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.
Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.
Other Notes: I have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the kitchen. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
