Guest Access & Check-In
Guests have full access to the entire condo, making the space entirely yours to enjoy and feel at home.
Check-in is easy and secure. A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid ID and notify us if the guest checking in is not the individual who booked the reservation. The concierge will verify that the name on the reservation matches the guest and guide you to your unit.
You will receive a digital door code in your check-in instructions for convenient access to the condo. Once inside, a key fob is provided for easy entry and exit from the building for the remainder of your stay.
We’re always available if you need anything. For the fastest response, please use the platform messenger, which ensures your message is delivered promptly.

A wicker rocking chair, plush cushions, and a sofa bed offer flexible seating and sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. The bedroom features a queen bed with quality bedding, and the bathroom is clean and well maintained. A TV with Roku, standard cable, and reliable wifi make it easy to unwind or stay connected.

The condo includes a full kitchen where you can prepare meals at your own pace, along with a dining area for relaxed breakfasts or work sessions. A dedicated workspace supports business travelers, and thoughtful details throughout the space reflect careful renovation and attention to daily comfort.

Step onto the screened porch to enjoy crisp winter air and city views without leaving the comfort of the condo. The building is known for its solid construction and quiet atmosphere. WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
