Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit. In the center of Downtown, the hotel district is a great place for business and leisure. For sports fans, the Falcons and Hawks are a short walk away. Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University, and CNN are also neighbors.
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will great you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

Located on the 14th floor of the historic Peachtree Towers you get amazing skyline views! The building is known for its insulation so you almost never hear you neighbors. Updates everywhere! Fully equipped kitchen. Top of the line mattress and bedding included for your comfort. You will love the versatility of this space. Living space is perfect for business meetings, socializing with friends or a relaxing evening with your loved one. Sparkling bathroom. Dimming lights for relaxing. 50 inch TV with cable and wireless internet. Surface parking lot right next to the building. parking deck a block away. Street parking. NOTE: Parking fees are not included with the rental and are paid separately.
Uber is always less than 5 minutes away and very reasonable on price.
HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
