As you drive into the dedicated space for your unit, you will immediately recognize the simple but sleek design of this gorgeous triplex. A lot of love was put into rebuilding these fabulous units and you will feel it the moment you enter the front door! Bringing 3 sheek and modern units to life (2 - 2BR units & 1 - 1BR unit), this home is perfect for you and your guests! This 1BR unit is fully equipped with seating for up to 4 in the living area plus dining and sleeping for up to 2! Enjoy all the modern amenities in a quaint, but well equipped Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator & microwave! Pots & pans will allow you and your guests to cook up a tasty meal. An upscale bath in each unit comes with Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body Wash. Towels provided as well. With Queen Beds in each Bedroom, you can bring the family or friends! This rental listing includes 1 of 3 units. The driveway is shared amongst all units. Each unit has its own separate parking spot. Additional parking is available on the street. Each unit has a front entryway. Access to your unit is with a unique electronic lock code to be provided 48 hours prior to check-in.



The Neighborhood:

With a fantastic eastside location at an unbeatable value for the quality, these units will make your stay in the metro Atlanta area one to remember! Anywhere you want to go in Decatur, Avondale, or the east side of Atlanta is a quick 5 to 20 min drive. Take a quick ride to downtown Avondale Estates home to several restaurants, breweries, and local shops. With proximity to Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International airport, only 25 mins away, this is the perfect location for anyone in town for a short trip. With easy access to Highway 285 & 20, you can make it to any location around Decatur or Atlanta generally within 20 minutes (without traffic). Many of Atlanta's most popular attractions like: Zoo Atlanta, Fox Theater, Midtown, Peachtree City, Five Points, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, CNN Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Philips Arena, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Georgia Dome, World Congress Center, Georgia Tech, Atlanta Medical Center, Buckhead, Lenox Square, Georgia State University, Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, Emory Hospital, Grady Hospital, Piedmont Hospital are all easily accessible!

We’re also just a short 20-25 minute drive to all of Atlanta’s attractions and hotspots with ridesharing services Lyft and Uber available.

I do not live on site so will not have the opportunity to meet you, but am available via messaging for any questions that may come up at any point.
