Listed unit is a private and independent walk-out basement unit with private attached bathroom, kitchenette, living room, dining area. Freshly laundered towels, make-up towels, bed linens, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer are included. Guest will have access to following private living spaces:

Living room with comfortable sectional couch and armchairs and 50 inch smart TV

Fully stocked kitchenette with essentials such as air fryer, microwave, conventional oven, refrigerator, coffe maker, toaster

4-seater dining area

Outdoor patio and backyard space

Keyless locks and check-in
The entrance door has a smart lock which allows keyless entry and exit to the house. Please ensure that the doors are properly closed so that the door can latch and lock correctly.

Early check-in and late check-outs can be accommodated based on availability. Please contact us directly to check availability.

The property has security cameras monitoring the exterior of the property for the safety of our guests.

On site free street parking available.
No extra guests or visitors allowed without explicit permission from host. Anyone who is not on the reservation is an extra guest or visitor and is not allowed on the property.

No pets allowed on the property.

Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house, as well as the property entrance doors. Please ensure that the doors are closed properly so that the locks can latch correctly.

If you use the living spaces (kitchenette, living, dining etc), please clean up after use. Please ensure that the coffee maker, oven etc are turned off and items are returned to their original place after use. Please clean up used dirty dishes.

Please do not keep any food in the bedroom or living spaces and dispose any leftover food. Please dispose any items you may have kept in the refrigerator prior to your check out.

If the trash bin is full, please tie up the trash bag and take the full trash bag out to the garbage receptacle in the driveway. In case the garbage receptacle is full, please keep the trash bag next to the garbage receptacle. Please insert a new trash bag in the trash bin.

No smoking, vaping, events, parties of any kind.

Before you leave, please do a final walkthrough to ensure you haven’t left anything behind and all instructions have been completed.

We really want the guests to enjoy their stays and avoid any issues/disputes/fines but we will have no choice but impose appropriate charges/fines and take other appropriate actions for not following the house and no pet rules.
