My friend and I stayed for 4 days, and we didn’t have the best experience. The hotel was nice, but on 3/4 of the days there was no coffee in the coffee station, despite being told it was available from 11-6. We also weren’t told about the coffee station when we arrived, we asked a staff member on the second day where we could get a coffee from locally, and he then showed us the coffee station (this was a different person to the person that checked us in). The WiFi was down for 3 of the 4 days that we stayed as well, which as tourists was a necessity for us. There was no apology for the inconvenience, and whilst we understand it was out of the staff members control, a bit of customer service/compassion here would’ve gone a long way. We also weren’t advised that the hotel would be holding $100 on our card for each day, to cover any damages/issues that we could’ve faced during our stay, so that was a surprise when we arrived. We were advised it would take the $100 out on a daily basis, but it actually came out in one lump sum, so again we had to come back and double check that this wasn’t going to be a daily payment of $400. All in all the stay wasn’t bad, the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were nice.. we just didn’t have the best experience with the WiFi/lack of customer service from the staff, and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
