Guests will have full access to the entire unit throughout their stay.

Check-in is simple and hassle-free with the assistance of a 24-hour concierge. Upon arrival, the concierge will greet you at the front entrance and buzz you in. Please be sure to bring a valid photo ID. If someone other than the booking guest is checking in, kindly notify us in advance so the concierge can verify that the guest matches the reservation.

Once verified, the concierge will direct you to the unit, where you’ll receive a keyless digital door code along with detailed instructions for access. You’ll also be provided with a key fob, which allows you to freely enter and exit the main building during your stay.

From that point on, the space is entirely yours—relax, settle in, and make yourself at home.

The space
Located on the 12th floor of Peachtree Towers, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo accommodates up to six guests. The building’s solid construction helps soften the sounds of busy hallways and streets, creating a more relaxed interior atmosphere. Recent updates to the kitchen and bathrooms bring a fresh, clean feel, complemented by retro-style furnishings that add warmth and character. New mattresses, fresh bedding, and inviting seating areas make it easy to unwind after a day out.

Two bedrooms provide private spaces for rest, while shared areas offer room to gather. With three beds and two full bathrooms, mornings remain manageable for groups traveling together. Peachtree Towers features secure entry, a 24-hour concierge, and elevator access. Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival, whether you’re arriving early or late. Exterior security cameras are present in common areas such as entrances and elevators, with none inside the condo.

Set in the Hotel District of Downtown Atlanta, you’re within walking distance of major attractions including the Georgia Aquarium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, and the World of Coca-Cola. Restaurants and convenience stores surround the building, and nearby access to the Peachtree Center MARTA station provides a direct connection to the airport and other parts of the city.

Parking and additional features
Paid parking is available both on premises and nearby. The building includes an elevator with accessible dimensions, and the condo offers a private entrance for added ease of access.

Ridesharing
Prefer to skip parking altogether? Uber and Lyft are always less than 5 minutes away and offer an affordable, convenient way to get around the city.

Heating & Air: The building uses an older system that provides either heat or air conditioning depending on the season. In fall and spring, the system is switched over, so you’ll have one or the other, but not both at the same time.

Washer & Dryer: A private washer and dryer are located in the closet for your convenience. For larger loads, there’s also a commercial laundry facility in the basement ($1.75 per load).

Animals: Per HOA rules, animals are not permitted in the building.

Parking: Parking is not included with your stay. However, several secure paid lots are located nearby. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 for the most security. Please note: we do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308. Prices for parking vary based on demand.
