Important: Before you arrive, you may be required to complete guest verification through our third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Guests may not use the Property for any purpose other than that of a private residential stay by the specified number of guests indicated in the Guest's reservation. Additional overnight guests are prohibited unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Owner.

The Guest and those in the Guest's party shall not engage in any activity that (a) may be a nuisance or become an annoyance to the Owner or occupants of nearby homes or (b) might invalidate any insurance policies in effect on the Property.

The Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the reservation and keep the security deposit paid by Guest if the number of people at the Property exceeds the limits provided for herein or if the Police are called to the Property for excessive noise.

SMOKING is prohibited in the house!! Outside only in designated areas.

Our home is a PET FREE HOUSE! 100% No Exceptions!! We are very strict in enforcing this policy. We are sensitive to guests who may have pet allergies. We can offer an off-site pet sitting service as an option.

There will be a minimum $500 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay.

The minimum age to reserve the home is twenty-one years old.

All stays longer than 14 days will require a mandatory cleaning that will be scheduled every 2 weeks during your stay. Our cleaning staff will provide 48-hour notice to bring clean linens and towels and to clean the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom areas. Also, if guests want to do an early check-in, it needs to be communicated with us. It will come with a fee of $75.

Due to the busy time of the year we are not able to accommodate any late check-outs as we have to prepare the property for the next guest. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.
