Important: To avoid towing, you must provide your vehicle’s license plate number in advance so we can register it with building management. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.



If you’re staying longer than a week, please let us know—we’re happy to offer flexible rates for extended stays!

You’ll receive unique access codes for both the building and the apartment at 2 PM on your arrival day.



★ EXTRA GUESTS ★



The room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. If you have more guests coming over; feel free to contact us to arrange another room!



★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★



We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! Pets are allowed for $25 per pet, per night—so you and your best friend can enjoy your stay together.





★Visitor Policy★



Visitors are welcome, but the total number of people in the apartment must not exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy. Overnight stays are only permitted for registered guests.

This fully equipped studio is part of Atlanta's SoNo neighborhood, putting you just a stone's throw from both Downtown and Midtown, so you can easily experience the city's most famous attractions. Just minutes away by foot or a short drive, you can explore iconic sites such as Centennial Olympic Park, the centerpiece park built for the 1996 Olympics, offering beautiful fountains and event spaces. Other Things to Note:

★ SECURITY DEPOSIT ★

At the Host's discretion, a security deposit may be required on the Check-In Date. Where applicable, such a deposit is for security purposes and shall be refunded within 7 days of the Check-out Date, provided no deductions are made due to:



✔ Damage to the Rental Unit or contents thereof

✔ Debris or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or

✔ Any other cost incurred as a result of the Guest's Stay



The $250 security deposit will be paid via the Auto host link sent upon confirmation.
