Summary:
Welcome to the Anamanda House! This house is located in Norcross, with ease of access to major interstate (I-85) and Jimmy Carter Boulevard, Indian Trail Lilburn Road, and Route 378). It is approximately 30 minutes drive to the ATL airport, Downtown Atlanta, and 10 minutes drive to Hong Kong Market. Surrounding you are endless activities, restaurants, bars/pubs, cross-culture cuisines. If not, take a drive to surrounding cities to discover more of Georgia's greatest adventures and views.
The Space:
The space
Our home is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The space features a living room, a family room/game room, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area, 4 bedroom (5 beds), 3 full-bath, and a deck.
**Living Room - Main Level**
A beautiful open space, modern interior design living room overlooking the dining area and the rest of the house. The room contained a gray suede sofa, 2 fuzzy accent chairs, a wood fireplace, a television, and a coffee table. It's a great place to relax and enjoy time with your family!
**Family/Game Room - Ground Level**
The recreational room is a relaxing and fun space that can be enjoyed by the entire family. The room features a foosball table making it a perfect place to chat and hang out. The room also has a futon sofa bed in case you have an extra guest. Lastly, our TV features several popular channels and streaming services including so you can catch-up on all of your favorite shows.
**Bedroom # 1 - Main Level**
The master bedroom is located on the main level. The bedroom features a beige bed frame, high quality king size mattress, and a private tub/shower combination. It is also furnished with comfortable bed linens, a walk-in closet, decorative lumbar, two elegant wood-like nightstands, table lamps, wall arts, an 8x10 area rug, and wall mounted TV.
**Bedroom # 2 - Main Level**
The bedroom features a velvet emerald colored bed frame, high quality queen size mattress. It is also furnished with comfortable bed linens, a closet, decorative lumbar, two intricate wood nightstands, golden glass table lamps, wall art, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
**Bedroom # 3 - Main Level**
The bedroom features a dark gray bed frame, high quality queen size mattress. It is also furnished with comfortable bed linens, a closet, decorative pillows, two nightstands, a modern table lamp, an abstract framed wall art, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
**Bedroom # 4 - Ground Level**
The fourth bedroom is located on the ground level of the house. The bedroom features 2 queen beds. It is a simple, minimalistic look with a metal black bed frame, yet a comfortable and modern look. Both beds share 1 night stand and 1 table lamp, high quality queen size mattresses. It is also furnished with comfortable bed linens, framed wall arts and a private full bathroom.
**Dining Room/Dinette Table**
The dining room features a mid-century interior design style with natural oak finished wood dining table accompanied with 6 chairs. The room is lit by a modern light fixture. Enhancing the dining room is a floral centerpiece, candles and 3 large mid-century canvas. For anyone who likes to enjoy a quick and simple breakfast, you can make use of the dinette table located in the kitchen. The round table features 4 chairs and a lovely corner to take pictures and enjoy your morning.
**Kitchen**
The kitchen is an integral part of the house, so we want to make sure we are providing you with a functioning and modern kitchen. Here in the kitchen you’ll find - a set of non-stick pots and pans, cooking utensils, strainer/colander, cooking shears, cooking stove, fridge, microwave, oven, cutting boards, dining ware set, and a keurig coffee maker.
**Laundry Room**
You didn’t bring clothes for your trip? Don’t worry! The house is equipped with a set of LG washer and dryer, a steam iron, and laundry pods during your stay! You can also find hangers throughout the house to hang your clothes.
**Outdoor**
The backyard offers a deck with a propane BBQ grill, a 4 piece wicker outdoor patio seating area. (Please Note: unfortunately, it’s very difficult to determine how much propane gas is used per guest during the stay to refill, hence propane gas is not provided during the stay, and must be purchased by guests, often time a guest have kindly purchased the tank and you will need refill the gas inside, it not, you are responsible for the grill use.)

***House Rules to Note***
- Please remove shoes upon entering the house, any violation of this rule may result in a carpet cleaning fee/and or charges for damages to furniture.
- Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house, including near open windows or doors. A deep cleaning fee of $250+ will be charged if any smoke odor, ash or residue is detected in the house.
For any other requests - please contact the host directly for inquiries and assistance. We will try our best to accommodate.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to everything/anywhere in the house except for the garage (unless special need is required. Please reach out if you need to use the garage)

Safety
OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS: Our house is equipped with an active outdoor security system for your safety including several OUTDOOR CAMERAS.
Note
- Kindly note that this house is located in hotter climate (Georgia) and has a big garden backyard, hence it is prone to bugs/insects. We do have pest control to mitigate the problem however due to the insects being outside rather inside the house, please keep all the doors closed to mitigate the problem.
- If you have any allergies or other health issue, please be advise that we are not responsible for any issues that might arise due to your health. The house is professionally cleaned however dust or residue might still exists, please book at your own discretion.
- Pictures are taken at the earlier stage of the Airbnb, we do our best to replace and renew all items in the house, however, please note, it might not be exact to what you are seeing due to replacement of items, broken/damages, wear and tear over time.
Please remember this is a house that we care and love so much! So please treat the space with respect, love and kindness by keeping the space clean before you leave (respect our properties in the house).
