QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced from 9pm TO 8AM, per local ordinance.

PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles: 4 No street parking.
PETS: must be pre-approved . Pet fees must be paid in full.
No excessive barking or unattended pets.Guests are fully liable for all pet-related damages or disturbances. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with provided protection.Guests are expected to clean up after pets indoors and outdoors.
TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles.Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance

The house was very nice and a very large space. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It has most of the kitchen needs, appreciate the electrical coffee whisker - could have used a can opener and a masher. My biggest concern was we had several cockroaches over our week long visit. The owner did come out and spray the day or so after I reached out.
