AM Properties presents our 2-bedroom corporate family apartment. Unit A offers 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Also a bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. This marvelous property also features AC, heating, iron, WiFi, dishwasher, microwave and washer & dryer. So come and enjoy your stay at our relaxing oasis!


General Check-in Information
- Check in: If you need some flexibility to check in or out let us know and we’ll see if we can make any accommodations to help you out.
- Guest will get access to entire apartment (unit A only) via keyless entry once they have arrived at property
- Please do not park in the driveway!!! Please don’t block the driveway!!! Driveway is for long term tenant in unit B. There are three designated parking spots on the street in front of the house please and thank you.
- There is absolutely no parties or large gatherings allowed and no loud noises from ((10p-10a))or you will be FINED!!! This helps us keep the peace and avoid neighbor complaints.
- This is a non-smoking unit there is absolutely no smoking allowed inside or you will be FINED!!! Please just step outside or take a walk to smoke and please throw away any buds, please and thank you!
- There are friendly reminder signs in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom to help remind you of the owners request to keep the house clean.
- Only guest that have provided there State DL is allowed on the property. Only two extra visitors are allowed during visiting hours ((10a-10p)) but may not stay the night. Failure to abide by the rules will result in a fine!!!
- All of the tv’s have streaming apps please try to refrain from downloading anything on the tv’s. Please use your own log in for the streaming apps and try to remember to log out when checking out. If you forget to log out it is not our responsibility.
- Beds & Sofa bed: The Queen, two fulls, and the queen sofa bed all have one comforter and one extra bed sheeting. And if someone will be sleeping on the sofa bed please put down sheets on bed, which are stored in the chaise.
- The exact amount of towels and wash cloths will be left based on the party size and there will only be one extra set per guest depending on length on stay.
- There will be laundry detergent and dryer sheets available for the washer and dryer. If you have an allergic reaction to certain products you should bring your own.
- The kitchen has plenty of dishes for each party size. And the cleaning products will be under the sink so you can clean up after yourself.
- We understand that accidents can happen so if something breaks or gets damaged just notify us immediately so we can an get it replaced.
- For safety there are fire extinguishers in the kitchen and both the bedrooms. The first aid kit and bandages are in the bathroom.
- If you need any emergency assistance call 911 for police, fire department, or paramedic assistance.

Check-Out information
- Remove all bedsheets from all sleeping areas (except for the mattress protector) and put them in the washer and dryer if you don’t have time to wash them yourself.
- Put all dirty towels and wash cloths in the washer before you leave. There will be laundry detergent and dryer sheets available if you decide to wash your own laundry before you go.
- Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher before you leave. There will be dish soap and detergent available if you decide to clean your dishes before you go.
- Please restore everything how it was when you first arrived to insure the next guest gets to have a wonderful experience that I hope you’ve had with your stay at our home.
- Please remember to empty all of the trash cans in the bedrooms, bathroom, and the kitchen and take your garbage out when you leave and put it in the green and blue city trash cans outside In the driveway.
- Remember to leave both porch lights on when you leave and lock main and security doors when leaving.
