Seamless Check-In
A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid photo ID, and notify us in advance if someone other than the guest who booked will be checking in. The concierge will verify the reservation name.

Once inside, you’ll receive a digital door code for your unit, and a key fob will be provided for convenient access to the building throughout your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom condo accommodates up to four guests with a layout designed for both rest and flexibility. The bedroom features a king bed and blackout curtains to support a comfortable night’s sleep. In the living area, a twin daybed with a trundle provides additional sleeping space for two. Thoughtful touches like clothing storage, bed linens, and essentials help you settle in with ease.

Set within historic Peachtree Towers, the condo is accessed via an elevator and offers self check-in with a keypad for a smooth arrival. The building includes exterior security cameras in common areas such as entrances and elevators, with no cameras inside the condo. Safety features like a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are in place for added peace of mind. Paid parking on premises and nearby off premises provides flexibility depending on availability.

Neighborhood
Located in Atlanta’s Hotel District, you’re within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and AmericasMart. Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations are nearby, making it easy to move through the city without a car. Restaurants, cafes, and shops are all close at hand.

The building’s heating and air system is centrally managed and operates in one mode at a time (heating or cooling), switched seasonally.

Laundry is available in the basement with coin/card-operated machines ($1.75 per load).

Pets are not permitted per HOA rules.

Parking is not included. Paid garages are nearby—31 Baker St is recommended for secure parking, while the surface lot at 17 Baker St is not recommended.
