Tandem parking is available for two vehicles - one in the garage and one in the covered carport. Parking is shared with guests in the upper unit who also have a garage and covered carport spot.
Additional free parking is available on the street on a first come, first served basis.
- Layout: Your unit occupies the lower two floors of our four-story duplex. We’ve added luxury-grade soundproofing for comfort, though you may still hear the occasional muffled footsteps from above.
- Space: The home is designed to feel warm and cozy. If you’re looking for extra-large gathering spaces (especially in winter), this may not be the best fit.
- Parking: The property sits on a classic city lot. The driveway fits two large SUVs (like Chevy Tahoes) side by side — just note it’s a snug fit.
- Atlanta Wildlife: Atlanta is known as the “city in the forest.” With trees and parks nearby, you may notice the sound of squirrels on the roof or the occasional bug sneaking inside despite our proactive pest control.
- Security: For your peace of mind, we use exterior security cameras to monitor only outdoor areas. There is absolutely no indoor surveillance.
- Parties & Smoking: To keep the home peaceful and comfortable for all, no parties, smoking, or vaping are permitted. Noise and smoke monitors help us ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for everyone.
- Check-In/Out: Standard check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am. Early check-in (2pm) or late checkout (12pm) may be available for $50 each — just ask!
- Rental Agreement: To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, guests may be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This agreement covers standard terms such as house rules, occupancy limits, liability, and responsibility for damages.
