Detailed Description of the house:
Guests will be absolutely blown away by the spacious open floor plan of the main level of the home with all new stylish and family friendly furnishing in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Sink yourself into the comfy sectional sofa in the living room after a long day of travel or work, or plan a nice meal and sit around the large dining room table with your friends and family or take a load off on the screened patio porch. Don't forget to take in the vibrant colors of the accent walls throughout the home, as well as beautifully, hand painted walls and murals throughout the home.

We really love the yellow chairs in the corner of the dining room, perfect to lounge in with a friend, have a sip of wine or talk sports or politics. The floating privacy wall around the office desk is perfect for your work from home needs. And don't miss the tranquil half bathroom on the main floor, hidden behind the paneled walls.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is appointed with elegant blue barstool chairs at the kitchen counter and a dining table in the kitchen with a flatscreen tv on the wall.

All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. You will be swept off your feet by the large, showroom style master bedroom, with a large King bed on one side of the room, along with a flatscreen TV, as well as a full-sized living room featuring a cozy sofa and sitting area for relaxing, reading and conversating.
The en-suite bathroom features a double sink, walk-in shower, separate tub and separate toilet room.

Down the hall, the 2nd bedroom features a soft carpeted floors, a king size bed with ample space for a dresser and wall mounted TV as well as a storage closet.

The 3rd bedroom features 5-6 total beds, including a triple stacked bunk bed and a twin/full size bed combo that also has a pull-out twin bed underneath. We are thrilled to share that we focused on making this bedroom sensory and autism-friendly! We added fun features like a cozy sensory tent and an inflatable chair that’s perfect for relaxation. Bright colors and playful textures were key in creating a fun yet calming environment. Did you know that incorporating sensory elements can help reduce anxiety and improve focus? It has created a festive haven for everyone.

Also located upstairs is the shared bathroom in the hallway for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom guests to share, along with a stackable washer/dryer at the end of the hallway in the laundry room.

Finally, the outdoor space of the home is just as warm and cozy as the inside, perfect for everyone who enjoys indoor and outdoor living. There are full size porches on the front and back porch,. The back porch features a lovely porch swing loveseat, along with the screened in patio with all new outdoor chairs and sofa. The backyard is massive, and currently features a small firepit.
