This past weekend my husband and I celebrated our 21st anniversary in downtown Atlanta. Everything was perfect except our stay at this condo. First off, we never received an email with check in details until we got there. We had to text to receive it and the code sent did not work for us to enter. but we finally got after a second code was sent then headed out for dinner. Upon returning, someone was parked in our assigned parking space. We had to wait until the property manager called someone to tow the other car, because if we would have parked elsewhere we would be towed. The car parked in our spot never left and the tow truck never showed up so she had us park in reserved parking. The next day it started raining so bad that rain came through the windows where the mobile hvac was and got all over the floor. The property manager said she would get someone to bring towels. No one showed and were gone for the day. We had to clean it up with the two towels they left in the room for our use. Still trying to be patient, we asked for late check out since we spent most of the weekend putting our fires! We were only offered to be compensated for half the cost of another room. I advised that we paid for this and should be compensated or get another weekend stay when everything is fixed! We received no more communication from her once she said she could not refund us. They have no air, no dresser for storage, a dirty pool, and no gym. False listing!!! Donât do it!!!
