The property is outdated and location not great. The water pressure in the room was bad, along with the WiFi. TV kept cutting out every 3 minutes or so. I will say the staff were very polite and attentive.

My family and I had a great experience. We were instantly welcomed to this hotel. The food and beverage director was so nice. He assisted us in finding our room and also surprised my kids with a little treat. What a great way to be welcomed! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. All the staff members were helpful we truly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was beautiful inside and out with good scenery. Breakfast buffet had to be my favorite part! Made to order omelets and the chef working inside of Sear was so pleasant. Pool was heated and comfortable to fit the temperatures outside. Beware of the $75/night charge that they don't mention until you check in! Only downside of our stay :(

Check in lines were awful! However someone did offer us water. We reserved a King room our credit card was charged that morning for a King but upon arriving in our room it was a double! This was an anniversary trip. I called down and was told there was nothing else available. Well my card was charged that morning. I am sure there was a King available then. A second call down to the desk and I was told to come down to the lobby and speak to a manager. Was passed from person to person and was told sorry. Finally after 40 min we were given a king room. Total time for getting what we were supposed to have took almost 1 1/2 hours! Made us late for a concert. The elevators were down to one working took 12 min to finally get to our floor and that was after they told us to use a service elevator past nasty laundry carts and trash. VERY DISAPPOINTED in our stay this time. May look for another downtown hotel next time.

There was only one out of 4 elevators working to the floor that we were staying on. Next morning the staff offered the service elevator, but getting to the 28th floor first afternoon took at least 30 min or more. The staff was helpful with water and extra blankets, very courteous, but this huge hotel is just not really my preference.

The property itself was nice with the exception of hair on the shower wall. I chose the hotel for the bars and restaurants but I guess my timing was bad. Everything was closed once I returned from seeing the city. All and all it was nice and a beautiful view.

The property inside is great, clean with awesome views. Restaurants are ok, pricey there is a Starbucks, although it closes early....The location is not safe at night. No lounge or entertainment in the hotel or the surrounding area. The parking rate was not mentioned in advance but it was $60 a night and the only option was valet.

Didn’t like it at all….i called Expedia to try to change hotels because my daughter got an allergic reaction from the room and no one would accommodate me. Upon arrival a homeless man walked into the lobby and proceeded to take someone’s luggage. I want a refund!!!!!!

Property was nice, but I feel like the people that clean the rooms miss days of not cleaning my room, not changing my towels or my sheets on the bed and they didn’t dust around the windows in the sleeping room. They didn’t dust the furniture. It was all dusty. They need a better person or a supervisor to check behind them.

The prices are not the same if you pay at property! I suggest you pay thru the website before you go there and there is extras fees including parking , deposit was not the same as what the website has but they don’t tell you that !
