Tucked behind a main residence in Poncey-Highland, Atelier Bleu is a two-bedroom carriage house with its own private entrance and a fenced garden that opens directly onto Freedom Park. Vaulted ceilings run the length of an open living, dining and kitchen space in a soft gray-blue palette, and both bedrooms have a full-wall landscape mural and their own bathroom. One is en suite with a seamless-entry shower. Ponce City Market and the BeltLine are a short walk away.



The Space:

Atelier Bleu is a carriage house, which means you get the whole thing to yourself: your own entrance, your own garden, and no shared living space. Inside, the ceiling lifts and the light comes from three sides.

The main room runs open under vaulted ceilings - a curved sofa facing the garden doors, a butcher-block island with seating for two, and a dining table that seats four. Both bedrooms carry a full-wall landscape mural, one in deep blue and one in plum, and each has its own bathroom. The en suite has a seamless-entry shower; the hall bathroom has a tub.

Outside, a covered porch opens onto a checkerboard patio, and the terraced garden climbs to a hammock under mature trees. The back steps lead straight into Freedom Park and miles of walking and biking trails. Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market and the restaurants of North Highland are all a short walk.

You can access your space 24/7 via our custom coded smart locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring cameras. Parking is on the property in the private driveway.

From your doorstep at Atelier Bleu, you're just a short stroll (5-10 minutes) to local icons like Ponce City Market, the BeltLine Eastside Trail, and an array of boutiques, bars, and bites on North Highland Avenue. Guests will love nearby hotspots including Manuel's Tavern, Plaza Theatre, La Fonda and Fellini’s. Families and creatives alike will enjoy access to greenspaces like Freedom Park and Old Fourth Ward Park, both within easy reach.

Getting Around:

Atelier Bleu sits a short walk from the BeltLine Eastside Trail, which connects Poncey-Highland to Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market and Piedmont Park on foot or by bike. Freedom Park's trails begin at the back garden. The North Avenue and Inman Park-Reynoldstown MARTA stations are each roughly a mile away and easily reached by car, bike, or a short Uber or Lyft ride.
