There are two spacious common areas. Both are great for entertaining and allow for plenty of privacy. There are books and games for your enjoyment. The huge kitchen has plenty of preparation and entertaining space. The kitchen is perfect for hosting dinner parties and feeding large groups and is stocked with everything you need.

Enjoy the cozy outdoor spaces on the multiple porches when the weather is nice.

2 bedrooms with 3 beds (1 queen and 2 full) and 2 bathrooms are on the main floor. Upstairs there is an additional bathroom and a total of 3 beds, 1 full bed in a corner nook, 1 fold out twin bed and 1 queen bed in the bedroom. All the bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers and essential kits in case you forgot anything. In the upstairs bedroom, there is an area for the little ones that includes a play/ nap pen, bassinet and changing area. We also included plenty of children's books and toys to keep the kiddos occupied.

** Please note, this is a historic house so there is no driveway and only street parking. This is a less traveled very quiet street and there is always plenty of space in front of the home for 3 or 4 cars. It is also noted that you must climb a flight of stairs up to the front door.

HOUSE RULES

GUEST POLICY
The person booking must be present for the entire stay. Extra visitors require express written consent from Host. Violation will result in termination of reservation with no refunds.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the home. This includes pot. If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $300 FEE.

PETS
We just love furbabies but we ask that you please be respectful. Pick up after your dog outside and do not allow dogs on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed.
There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee.
We allow no more than 2 pets per booking.

LONG TERM STAYS
Any guest reservations over 14 days long will need to pay an additional deep cleaning fee of $55.

MAIL POLICY
No mail or packages may be delivered to the property.

NO PARTIES
No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party or we receive a noise complaint, we will call the authorities. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund. Any unapproved guests will also result in immediate removal of the home.

PARTIES IN THE HOME will result in a $600 fee and any damages made will be charged according to the repair/repalcement expense. Smoking inside the home results in a $300 fee.

BE RESPECTFUL
Please respect the home as if it were yours. Guests are expected to keep the property in the same condition as they arrived. We work hard to provide clean and comfortable accommodations and amenities for our guests. Damage to property or furnishings will be charged at cost of repair or replacement and must be reported immediately.
