East Atlanta Village (EAV) is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Atlanta.

This lovely & spacious 3,300-sqft home, a 2-minute drive to EAV restaurants, bars, and boutique shops (9 minutes by foot) will make you feel right at home, bringing in natural light & art/design. Two-person bathroom jacuzzi tub is available in the master's bedroom so enjoy! There are five (5) tvs located in each of 4 bedrooms and one 75"-TV in the den area, perfect for your movie night. This home is conveniently located, a minute drive to I20 freeway.

Joined as a host on August 29, 2018. We are excited to offer this EAV McPherson home for your enjoyment. As you enter the living room accentuated with a coffered ceiling, one can't help but notice the towering 11-foot ceiling all throughout the first floor. This home is full of upgrades such as hardwood floor throughout the house, spacious gourpmet kitchen highlighted with black granite countertop with blue pearl specs, big windows bringing in natural light, and a huge dining area ready for a family/business gathering. The sunroom with cathedral ceiling is a favorite hang-out for your enjoyment of the outdoor living space including a ping pong table for your enjoyment. The upstairs master's bedrooms has a 2-person jacuzzi (jetted tubs) and don't forget the front porch with a white wicker double-swing for your pleasure...

As a host, I recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against cancellations due to illness or natural disasters.

Parking:
1. There are 2 parking spaces allotted for the main house guests on the driveway located at the side of the house (in front of the garage). If you have more than two cars, please park the third car on the side street (East Side Avenue) then walk towards the front yard and then to the front porch/entrance.
2. You can park other cars on the street (McPherson Avenue) in front of the house during the day. Another important message- please park facing the direction of the street as the Atlanta cops are strict.

By car, it is 15 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to the train station MARTA/(Metro), 12 minutes (4.3 miles) to Downtown Decatur, and very accessible to Midtown (Piedmont Park/Midtown is 6.8 miles) and Downtown Atlanta (4.5 miles). Close to the Atlanta zoo (4.0 miles), trendy Old Fourth Ward (Serpas Restaurant 1.7 miles), Edgewood shopping district (1 mile) with stores like Marshalls, Target, 24-hour Kroger, Lowes, Best Buys, and lots of restaurants.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1. Upstairs Master's Bedroom, 3 queen size beds, 1 crib - 6 people plus a baby
2. Upstairs Bedroom #2, 1 queen size bed - 2 people
3. Upstairs Bedroom #3, 3 twin size beds - 3 people
4. Main Level Bedroom #4, 3 twin size beds - 3 guests
5. Main Level Den Area, 2 sofas put together as a sectional sofa - 2 guests

Guest access:
Guests will have access to wifi and 5 TVs distributed as follows: 1 TV in the upstairs master's bedroom, 1 TV in second bedroom, 1 TV in 3rd bedroom, 1 TV in 4th bedroom, and 1 75" TV in the main level den, perfect for your movie night.

There are 3 areas not accessible to the guests namely, the garage being used a storage, and the 2 upstairs closets which are locked.

Other things to note
1. Eight exterior cameras have been installed outside and around the house so smile, you're on camera. There are NO cameras inside the house.
3. Work desk is provided for your laptop use.
4. The two fireplaces are for decorative purposes only.
5. All towels and linens are in the washer/dryer (linen) closet located in the hallway of the second floor.
6. There are 5 TVs.
7. Enjoy ping pong in the sunroom!
8. We have provided an extra portable a/c during this summer in the upstairs master's bedroom for your comfort. please make sure that this a/c unit and the sunroom's window a/c unit are turned off when you are out and about during the day.
