« Great overall experience »

« The house was perfect in every way, we were only 6 minutes away from graduation (that was a win). We only use 2 out of the 3 bedrooms because it was only 4 of us (2 couples). The bed was adjustable and had massage. It was amazing! Our trip was quick so we weren’t able to enjoy the house at its full potential. The back yard was spacious with a deck and grill. »

« We hosted a family reunion! It was everything we hoped for! Kids loved the lake, boating and fishing! The accommodations were perfect! There was more than enough space for our large group cookouts, gathering on the decks to watch the sunsets, and storytelling in the living room space. Beverly is a great host! Communication A!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was our second reunion there and would highly recommend!!! »

« Résidence spacieuse et bien équipée pour accommoder et divertir plusieurs familles. Nous étions 3 couples dont 1 avec enfant, la chambre du sous-sol annexée à une grande salle de bain était idéal pour la famille et chaque couple avait sa propre toilette et douche. L’accès au plan d’eau est très proche, la propriété ne donne cependant pas directement sur l’eau tel que décrit. La présence d’un paddle board et d’un kayak a été très apprécié pour aller sur l’eau, c’était magnifique! La route est...

« We enjoyed our stay during discovery package at Tellico Village. Very clean and central location allowed us to get a sense of Tellico. »

« What a great escape! We didn’t want to leave the lake house. Everything was pleasant and easy. We will coming back. Plenty of parking for our pontoon trailer and the covered dock was perfect for our pontoon. We drove to Dayton one night for dinner, but we cooked the rest of the time in a nicely furnished kitchen. Great communication with the owners and they provided many great entertainment options around the area. The river views were fantastic. »

« This property was just as shown in the pictures. Clean, quiet, not far from shopping or eateries. The host was fantastic very responsive. My family enjoyed ourselves very much. We used the hot tub, game room, bbq. We would book this property again. My only recommendation would be for there to be a few more towels. Most of us were women and we needed more towels. There is a wonderful washer and dryer which us preloaded with soap very convenient. »
