LOFT URBAIN AVEC VUE ACROPOLIS AU CENTRE D'ATHÈNES

Un loft luxueux de 95 m², entièrement rénové avec une spacieuse terrasse privative de 40 m². Les longues fenêtres qui enjambent l'espace offrent les meilleures vues panoramiques sur l'Acropole, l'Observatoire national et la colline de Filopappou dans toute la ville (sérieusement).
Situé entre Psiri et la région de Monastiraki, deux des quartiers les plus animés du centre historique d'Athènes, le loft est à quelques pas de tous les points chauds d'Athènes: l'Acropole et le Parthénon, le Musée de l'Acropole, les quartiers de Thisio et Plaka et les plus bars, clubs et restaurants célèbres. Pourtant, étant au dernier étage de l'immeuble, le bruit de la ville est réduit au strict minimum. Notre loft lumineux et cosmopolite se trouve à moins de 50 mètres de la station de métro Monastiraki qui vous relie directement à l'aéroport ainsi qu'au reste de la ville.
Un loft incroyable au cœur d'Athènes, récemment rénové, avec une cuisine équipée, un coin repas, un lieu de travail ergonomique, un salon, une salle de bain et une chambre, le tout dans un espace décloisonné confortable. Il y a également trois salles séparées. Notre loft étant un ancien bureau d'architecture, l'une des trois chambres sert d'archive à laquelle vous n'aurez pas accès pendant votre séjour, mais pour les curieux, il sera possible de la consulter à votre arrivée. De plus il y a une buanderie et une armoire.

Great apartment in the heart of all the tourist restaurants and bars. Fairly busy all night long so not for you if a light sleeper. The only thing I would ask for is nicer towels, the place is well kept and the view is world class.

I enjoyed the apartment and its location very much. You’re only a few steps from Monasteraki square and many nearby historical places. I recommend this to a couple or single person, it was perfectly situated and was a lovely accommodation. Be sure to read how to use the hot water. The host was kind enough to help several times and was easy to contact. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Unbiased and honest review. The pictures from the host show a beautiful view and it is. However, what it doesn’t show is the streets are covered in trash, cigarette butts and the smells were nauseating. There’s a much closer luggage locker to the apartment than the one the host recommended and the streets are not easy to pull luggage down the half mile away. The other one is a block and a half from the apartment and cost the same €2 an hour. The apartment itself is okay enough for the price, though the toilet lid and one of the shades was broken upon arrival. When we informed the host, they knew about it so it was disappointing we didn’t get a heads up. They also waited until check in to let us know the fire place is just for show… The elevator is very small and the steps are steep. The apartment in the pictures looked beautiful and in person it looks cheaply maintained. The city noises are very clear and loud to hear through the apartment but it was also a Greek holiday so maybe it’s not as bad on an average stay. Communication was very slow, we’d wait days for a response and would have to send another message to finally hear back. Hotels are more expensive in the area so you get what you pay for with this place. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of most everything and the AC worked very well. We will likely pay more to stay in a hotel next time.

Property was clean and conveniently located. The only issue we had was at check-in. Property wasn’t ready on time…only by 10-15 minutes. It was still being cleaned when we got there and we had to wait. Other than that, everything was great…especially the views!!

This apartment is located in the perfect spot. Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, rooftop bars and more. Walking distance to the Acropolis and many other ancient landmarks. Taxis are easily available, hop on hop off tour bus pick up close by. The apartment has everything you need and the view from the balcony is breath taking. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience all that Athens has to offer. I definitely would stay again. The owners were accessible and easy to communicate with.

The owner was wonderful to communicate with, he set us up with a ride to and from the airport (the cab driver was also wonderful). The home is secured off the street and quite private. The area where the apartment is in is busy, but not on a main road, so ensuring we were secure was easy. The apartment itself was clean and welcoming. The view of the Acropolis was breathtaking. There were plenty of places to shop, eat, and sightsee nearby. We visited all the ruins in a day and it was a short walk from the apartment. The hooka bar across from the apartment (Misafir) has incredible food - highly recommend! I was very happy with this stay. I would recommend if for couples who don't want to risk driving in Athens (just don't drive in Athens).

First, Konstantinos was wonderful and helped us with our transportation to and from the apartment. Always replied to our questions and needs. The apartment is in a high traffic area convenient to walk anywhere you want to go. The apartment definitely has the most beautiful view of the Acropolis. At night it's swoon worthy. The size of the unit is exceptional and quite comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in on vacation. The only negative, if it is a negative, the decor is a little tired. For us, we really only slept there so it wasn't an issue. Thank you Konstantinos for a wonderful experience in Athens!

You couldn't ask for a better location in Athens, located right downtown with a view of the Acropolis and next to tons of restaurants and shops. The actual condo is very nice with lots of space along with a huge balcony overlooking downtown. The owner's communication couldn't be better. He setup a taxi to and from the airport for us and had someone meet us at the place when we arrived. The next time we visit Athens we will definitely stay there again.

Great location walking distance to all the sights. Across the street from Monastiraki square and tons of restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony was amazing and the property is just like the pictures shown. Beautiful, spacious and very clean.
