Fresh bed linens, ample clothing storage, and warm décor create a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The modern bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, soft towels, hair dryer, and complimentary essentials such as shampoo and body soap.



The kitchen area is well equipped for preparing meals at home, offering a refrigerator, stovetops, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and silverware. A dining table provides a cozy space for meals or remote work. Guests can enjoy air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, wireless internet, and a washing machine—making the studio ideal for both short and extended stays.



One of the highlights of the property is the private patio, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. The fee is:

€15 per night for villas

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.



Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.



Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.
