The apartment has a contemporary kitchen with integrated oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine as well as a dining table sitting 4 people. A filter coffee machine and sugar are also provided.

The main living area has a comfortable, wall-foldable, queen Murphy bed made by Clei Italy, that can be easily closed and a triple sofa to relax and enjoy your favourite movies and TV shows on a 43" Samsung HD 3D TV connected to the internet with Chromecast support. We also provide Amazon fire stick with Kodi, Netflix, Youtube and other apps as well as internet streaming TV channels.

✔︎ Entertainment
For your entertainment we also include a retro Sega mega drive mini console with 40 of the best games from the era plus two joysticks if you want to complete with your friend. An original game boy handheld console is also at your disposal if you want to enjoy a game of Tetris.

Make sure to listen to some music, casting it to the sound-bar, or if you prefer something more analog you can try some records on a retro vinyl player.

Smart lights, the door lock and even the window blinds can be controlled with just your voice via Google assistant.

There is a very comfortable queen Murphy bed that sleeps 2. It is custom made from Clei Italy and can be easily closed during the morning hours to make space for other activities. The mattress dimensions are 165cm x 205cm with medium-soft firmness and is made of anatomic springs and has hypoallergenic coating.

A triple sofa (2 meters length) can be moved in the kitchen area and be used as a 2nd bed.

We provide pillows, linens, blankets and duvets.

The apartment also includes an open closet and a large wall mirror.

A brand new and sparking clean bathroom with a shower and plenty of hot water. We provide 2 large towels and one hand towel per guest. You can also find a hair drier and first medic kit in the storage space.

✔︎ Smart devices
There are multiple smart devices, like smart lamps, sensors, google home assistant, a smart mirror and other clever gadgets which will make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable all connected to a private 24mb adsl internet line. We recently added a smart mirror which is fun little gadget to check the weather and read the headlines with your morning coffee.

A full written guide is provided with instructions on how to operate the devices with your voice. You'll love saying "Ok google movie time" and see the library and tv lights turn on, the tv switching to Netflix and the air-condition starts heating the room.

The flat has a private courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee or turn on the fairy lights and relax in the evening. We are in the process of adding plants and extra decoration to the courtyard and soon it will become a small oasis for the hot summer days.

The apartment is protected with smart devices. The door is automatically locked upon entry and exit. There are sensors monitoring door opening, water leakage, fire alarms.

✔︎ Self check-in
The check-in/check-out process is fully automated using the Nuki smart lock. You will receive an invitation to the smart lock a few days before your arrival via email.
