We’re happy to host your furry family members! To keep everyone comfortable and safe, please review our pet guidelines below:

Maximum of 2 pets per stay (dogs only).

Weight limit: up to 75 lbs per pet.

Pet fee: $75 per stay to cover additional cleaning.

House rules:

Pets must be house‑trained and well‑behaved.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds.

Leash required when outside the home if not in the fenced backyard.

No unattended pets inside unless crated.

Cleaning & care: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets indoors and outdoors. Dog waste bags and towels for your pet are located in the laundry room.

Damage: Any pet‑related damage or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.

Safety note: The property has exterior cameras for security; they do not monitor indoor spaces.

We love animals and want your pets to feel at home — following these simple rules helps ensure a great experience for everyone.
