Villa Nefeli is a quiet and comfortable luxury villa located within a small seaside community near Athens. The total area of the villa is 240 square meters and consists of 3 levels which are connected by an internal marble staircase. The ground floor includes a studio with direct access to the garden, fully equipped kitchen, café corner, dining room, double bed, three-seater sofa bed and bathroom. There is a separate laundry area and a fully equipped gym overlooking the wonderful garden, will cover all your daily needs and give you physical well-being. The second floor is a loft with a double bed, a sofa bed, 2 wardrobes and a bathroom. The huge terrace will enchant you with its unobstructed view of the sea, which is a 7-minute walk from the house. Our Villa comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 4 children. The garden has a total area of 300 square meters with Karistos stones laid out in levels. With direct access to a 30 square meter swimming pool, a fully equipped bbq area, a built-in dining room and an outdoor shower. Guests have access to the ground floor, the second floor and the entire garden & the gym.
The villa is half an hour drive from the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounio, the southern beaches, 40 minutes by car from center of Athens with its famous history and traditional as well as modern gastronomy and lively night-life. It is also 20 minutes from Eleftherios Venizelos international airport. Keratea as well as Lavrio are 10 minutes away by car.
