Private lakefront house hot tub & resort amenities

Stylish, quiet, and private lake-front house, with lots of amenities, including a private hot tub, beach and dock, community swimming pools, tennis courts, baseball fields, playgrounds, dog beach & parks, and a golf driving range. This home has everything you need to entertain, and work from. Located 2hrs from NYC, 15 to 30 minutes from Catskill, Hudson, Woodstock, Hunter and Windham ski resorts, the best restaurants, hiking trails, art galleries, antique shops, and cultural centers.
The space
The lake house is located on a quiet cove, and offers lake views.

Guests have access to the lake community shared amenities, including swimming pools (~mid-May to ~mid-September - NO life guard), a marina, a sand beach, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, a baseball/softball field, a golf driving range, playgrounds, a dog park, and a doggy beach. We invite guests to bring their gear (i.e. balls, clubs, rackets, etc.).

House exclusive amenities include 6 single kayaks, 1 tandem kayak (for 2 people), a canoe (for 2 people), adult life jackets, and paddles that guests can find on the boat rack on the beach (marked K50), and that guests can use. Motor boats can be rented from third parties, and attached to the house's private dock. Fishing is allowed on the lake (catch and release). The house has a hot tub that offers privacy and lake views. You'll also be able to enjoy a fire pit in comfortable chairs on the private beach of the house.

Babies are welcome! The lake house has a high chair, a pack&go play yard with changing station and bassinet, a top-of-the-stairs gate, and a motorized travel rocking chair. Dogs (not cats due to host's severe cat allergies) are welcome too, there are 2 dog beds and bowls.

The main/first floor has a fully stocked kitchen that opens not only onto the indoor dining and living areas, but also onto outdoor grilling, dining and living. The interior dining table seats 10 adults, in an open space where the kitchen, a living room, and the wood burning stove are located. The living room also seats 10 adults. The deck is private, large, surrounded by trees, and offers great lake views; it has two sectional sofas, a dining set, and a Weber grill. This floor also has one bedroom (queen) with a large desk, and a full bathroom.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (king, queen, 2 twin XL), and a full bathroom. One of the bedroom (king) has a large solid wood desk that can host two work stations, it has a printer/scanner/copier, and a computer monitor. It also has great lake views to enjoy both from its private balcony, and from the king size bed. The other two bedrooms on that floor have lake views, both of them have desks.

The lower floor hosts a cocktail and TV lounge, which opens to a paved covered patio where the hot tub is located, and to the stairs leading to the private beach, to the lake-side deck, to the kayaks marina, to a fire pit located on the private beach, and to the private dock on the lake. The lounge is also where you'll enjoy movie nights with a 65" smart TV set (with Apple TV) and a fully equipped wet bar (beverage refrigerator, ice machine, quiet dishwasher (40dB), in-wall espresso coffee maker, sink, cocktail set. This floor hosts a bedroom with a king size bed, a desk, and an en-suite full bathroom. Finally, this floor is where the laundry room is located, with a second full capacity refrigerator/freezer (in addition to the kitchen's), two washers, and two dryers.
Guest access
Guests can access the adjacent lots: one is a natural reserve on the west side, the other one is part of the property on the East side of the house. Guests can access the entire property, except the garage, a small storage room, and a closet where we keep our personal belongings.
Other things to note
The lakehouse has multiple desks to work comfortably, and the highest speed internet available. One desk has a printer/scanner/copier, and a computer monitor. New high capacity hot water and hot water heater and boiler (for central hot water heating) were installed in February 2021.
