As you enter the flat you will find on your right a tastefully designed bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is modern and consists of a walk-in shower. The apartment is open plan living, with a large living area consisting of an ultra-comfy corner couch and a 43” smart tv. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and also includes a dining table with 4 chairs. There is also a good sized balcony available for you to relax and take in those city vibes.

The War Museum is just 200 meters away and it's also at a short walking distance from the Byzantine and Christian Museum, the Cycladic Art Museum, the Benaki Museum and the National Gallery of Greece and just a 5-minute walk to the closest metro station.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
