The space
It accommodates up to 5 people with a comfortable living room with a dining area, a fireplace, a work area with a printer and an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed, a sofa and an option for a fold-up bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and 1 wc. It also has a large balcony.

The location
The apartment is within walking distance of Paradise Trails a park where you can take a nature walk. Also nearby you will find the center of Chalandri with restaurants, pharmacies as well as the local market to do your shopping!

At the entrance of the building at the fence on your left you will find a black key box marked Vkbnb. Enter the Lock Box code and remove the apartment keys. The apartment located on the 2nd floor. Exit elevator and turn right. Door bell ΔΗΜΗΤΡΗΣ.

During your Stay

The apartment has a solar heating for hot water. On a cloudy day if there is not enough hot water please push up the switch on the 2nd row of the electricity board that is in a down position, after you have turned the RED lever in the bathroom, to face the window. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again and the RED lever in its original position facing away from the window.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning units and lights when leaving the apartment.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
