Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and quiet home! Our home in Athens, Ga is a great place for any occasion. Just 2 miles from downtown, and 3 miles to Sanford Stadium this home is great for gameday, graduation, or a weekend in Athens. Its also perfect for a weekday stay for professionals or families. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance, as well as the Athens farmers market every Saturday! Two bedrooms have private bathrooms, and two share a bathroom. There is a great screen porch on the rear, and a concrete grilling patio on the side of the house. The back yard is great for pets (**for a fee) or children- fully fenced in and with a great lawn. There are a minimum of two steps to get into the house, but once in there are no thresholds. The whole space is yours! If you're looking for a one bedroom, we can accommodate this by request! There is space for two cars in the driveway, and room for at least another 4 cars on the street to park. We are reachable by our cell during your booking. If you need onsite assistance that will be no problem! Otherwise, the home is yours during your booking and you will be unbothered. This is a quiet neighborhood located next to an elementary school. It is in a very safe and quiet area that is one of the last of its kind in Athens! There is plenty of driveway or street parking at the home. There is a bar and restaurant within walking distance of the home, as well as a large public park which hosts an amazing farmers market every Saturday. Otherwise, the home is centrally located- so everything is no more than a 10 minute drive away!
