Pefki is a northern suburb of Athens. The Athens Olympic Sports Complex, the largest sports complex in Greece, is also located within 10 min walk. The closest main street is Kifisias Avenue, and also contains four ISAP train stations and two of the Suburban Railway. In only 50 meters from the apartment, you will find supermarkets, stores, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, banks, bakeries, pharmacies and shops for all your needs. You can also enjoy your lunches and dinners in the area around, where you can find nice local tavernas and restaurants, as well as cafes to enjoy a morning coffee in Pefki`s center.

Pefki is an extremely green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is at the center of Pefki. Most of the biggest private hospitals, such as IASO, IATRIKO KENTRO YGEIA, MITERA, IATROPOLIS, EMBRYOGENESSIS, KAT, etc. are located within 5 minutes drive. Easy access to the airport by suburban railway or bus in 20-25 minutes. Easy access to many hospitals, malls, exhibition centers, the Olympic Stadium, etc.

Pefki is road serviced by OASA (blue color) buses. As for rail, Pefki is served by ISAP (green colour, line 1) with 4 train stations, KAT, Marousi, Neratziotissa, Eirinis, and by Proastiakos (yellow color, suburban light railway) with 2 train stations, Neratziotissa and Kifisias.

- Information and IDs for all guests over 12 years must be uploaded via the Check-in Form provided after your booking is confirmed

House keeping
- Your towel change will be on the 3rd day (if you are staying minimum 4 nights) and linen change with a light clean on the 4th day (if you are staying minimum 6 nights).

Important Information

•Check-out time is 11am

•Strictly no smoking inside the apartment

•Please close all windows and doors before switching on the A/C.

•Please ensure all A/Cs, fans and electronics are turned off before you step out of the house

•Kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use

•Kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup

•Please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle

•Additional garbage bags can be found in one of the kitchen drawers.

•Guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are strictly not allowed on property, any additional person found on property will be asked to leave

•Hanging items on the railings is strictly prohibited, please use the drying racks provided.

Visitor Policy

Only the number of guests on the booking may enter the property. Should guests wish to have visitors they are required to make a request through the platform they booked on. A Government issued photo ID is required for each visitor and admission is subject to approval. Visitors are not allowed on property without prior approval.

Absolutely no visitors will be allowed after 10pm. Additional guests must be added to the booking.

Date Changes

Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).

Cancellation & Refunds

All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.

All Service bookings are non-refundable.

Third Party Suppliers are not permitted on our properties, all Suppliers must be from our approved list.
