Homely apt in Neapoli, Exarcheia

The apartment is located between the vibrant Exarcheia and the elegant Kolonaki neighborhood just 10 minutes away from the foothills of Mount Lycabettus. The apartment was renovated in 2018 and includes new windows, new furniture, refurbished wooden and marble floors. For the ones who look to stay in the city center the apartment has a great location with supermarkets, cafes, kiosks, bars, stores with local products, restaurants and taverns being only a few minutes away. We carefully designed the 25 sq m apartment in order to create a harmonious environment for our guests . The apartment offers a dining/sitting area with a table and two chairs. In the same room you can find closets to store your clothes and personal belongings. The bedroom has a double bed with plugs on both sides and a desk with a comfortable chair near the window for some extra natural light. The A/C in the bedroom if used correctly can cool the whole apartment. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary amenities to prepare small meals, a small oven with two stove tops, a fridge and basic cutlery and pans. The bathroom has a small bathtub which is suitable for a shower but not a bath. The aluminum windows are new and the shutters in the bedroom and kitchen are electrical.
