The apartment is located in Varkiza — the jewel of the Greek capital — away from the noise of the busy seafront, yet only a few minutes walk from the sea, bakeries, cafés, restaurants serving fresh fish and Mediterranean cuisine, pharmacies, and local shops.

From the apartment windows, you can enjoy a view of a green, well-kept square with benches, a fountain, and walking paths — a pleasant space that adds a sense of calm and freshness to the home.

The area is safe, lively, and still pleasantly residential. Here, you can enjoy peace and privacy without losing easy access to the relaxed coastal atmosphere. Families with children will also appreciate the brand-new fenced playground located just a few minutes walk from the building.

Bright and cheerful, the apartment combines white and natural tones, wooden floors, clean furniture lines, turquoise and mustard-yellow accents, as well as peaceful views of the mountains and a green park with trees and flowering plants.

The spacious living room, connected with the dining area and opening onto the outdoor terrace, is ideal for relaxed conversations, slow breakfasts, family evenings, and pleasant moments with friends. Three bedrooms create a comfortable space for rest, recovery, and personal privacy.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed and has its own balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed and also a private balcony. The third bedroom, overlooking the park, has an extendable bed suitable for two people. An additional sleeping place can be arranged in the living room on the wide sofa.
