L'espace

Encerclé par l'architecture néoclassique et sinueuses rues anciennes, il y a la premiÚre zone, de la ville d'AthÚnes. Plaka, à 10 minutes à pied de l'Acropole, connu sous le nom de "Quartier des Dieux" est le quartier le plus ancien et le plus pittoresque de la ville antique.
Dans les sites archéologiques, les zones résidentielles et les anciens marchés, se trouve une résidence cachée exclusive, Aerides Luxury Suites.

Entouré d'un bùtiment historique des années 1800, l'Aerides Luxury Suites est adjacent à l'ancien marché romain et à la premiÚre station météorologique du monde, adoptant son surnom de monument antique.

La propriété exclusive était à l'origine construite de matériaux naturels tels que le marbre pentélique; le matériau utilisé pour construire la plus belle création architecturale du monde, le Parthénon, dédié à la déesse Athéna.

Si ancien que soit l'extérieur de la propriété, l'intérieur est tout aussi contemporain. Un mariage romantique et harmonieux de luxe et de commodités modernes, équipé d'un salon, grande cuisine, entiÚrement équipée avec tous les appareils; trois grandes chambres, y compris un maßtre et salle de bains.

Belle dĂ©couverte, emplacement idĂ©al pour dĂ©couvrir AthĂšnes Ă  la fois proche de tous les sites Ă  visiter et de superbe restaurant mais aussi calme. L’appartement trĂšs jolie, beaucoup de cache, 3 belles chambres, lumineux, belle terrasse et une vue exceptionnelle sur l’Acropole ! Notre hĂŽte toujours disponible pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions . La maison est spacieuse, idĂ©alement placĂ©e Ă  Monastiraki. Communications et accueil trĂšs chaleureux, gĂ©nĂ©reux avec largement de quoi faire les premiers repas, tous les produits d’entretien fournis. Les deux terrasses sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables en octobre, peut ĂȘtre trop chaudes en Ă©tĂ© (vĂ©rifier la prĂ©sence de store ou de parasols). Location,location, location! This is a fantastic, central location for all the tourist activity in Athens as well as plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. However when you're inside the apartment, it's quiet, peaceful and spacious. A great, well equipped kitchen and beautiful terracotta overlooking the acropolis was excellent for dining with the kids for at least some of our meals. Highly recommended.

Stop searching, you found it!

We are a family of four with two teens. This apartment was perfect for us. Plenty of room, comfortable, ideal location, and lovely management team. We planned to hit the grocery store first thing for some basics, but there was no need. There was already fruit, milk, yogurts, water, etc in the fridge. That was huge for me!! It really is as amazing as the photos in the listing. The restaurant below the apartment is great; we dined in their outdoor seating three times and really enjoyed the food and the staff.

Fantastic property and exceptional experience!

I would give this property 6 stars if I could! The location was unbeatable and the hosts were fantastic and really went above and beyond. The apartment was pre-stocked with some food and water, and the check-in process was seamless. Abdi provided excellent service. The hosts were also extremely responsive. We had many flight delays and cancellations that made our first days in Athens chaotic, and Xenia was so responsive and helpful. This property has my highest recommendation.

Wow! Amazing apartment just as described. The owner/property manager (Michael/Xenia) were fantastic to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. (My flights were late by 24 hours) so I had lots of communication with them and they were excellent! They also had stocked some light breakfast items for us which was a lifesaver. Abdi who helped check us in was also wonderful ! The apartment is 5-10 minute walk to the base of the Acropolis and lots of cute shops and restaurants all close by. Highly recommend this apartment!

Wonderful stay! Xenia was incredibly helpful and responsive prior to our stay and Abdi was welcoming and friendly during our stay. Would not hesitate to return to this property. An amazing time in Athens!

We had an amazing stay in Athens. Our accomodation was everything we hoped for. We felt very cared for prior to our stay, during check in and with the queries we had during our stay. Check out was easy. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful - spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds were so comfortable, and wow - the view - absolutely stunning! We had to keep pinching ourselves that we were looking at the Acropolis from our balcony!Everything was so close - we had many walks and found lots of different parts of Athens. Our hosts recommended a play to see, just minutes from the apartment - which we did on the last night. We mentioned Aerides and got front row seats and a blanket! Highly recommend Aerides for your stay in Athens.

Exceptional Property Excellent Location.

This spacious suite offers spectacular views of the city from every balcony & terrace . Located in the heart of Plaka neighborhood. Friendly people. Pictures of apartment do not do it justice. It was gorgeous and much better than we expected. We were all very comfortable. I would highly recommend this gem to everyone who wants close proximity (walking) to all restaurants, shopping and of course to all the ancient ruins and museums.

Amazing location

We had a fantastic time at this property, the location can’t be beat! We were able to walk to all of the major sites in Athens. I can’t say enough about how easy it made things, to have it as our home base while exploring. The hosts were great and responsive, the apartment has everything you could want. They included a stocked fridge and some snacks which were great to have after a long flight there. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony, and now have such great memories of long talks at night with great wine staring up at the Acropolis! Priceless!

Awesome apartment

Stayed with family: husband and wife, and three children aged between 14 and 20. Great apartment with very spacious living room and incredible balcony just blocks from the acropolis. Could not get a better location in Plaka. Highly recommend this welllayes out and clean apartment.

Unbeatable location, awesome view of the Acropolis

The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the location with easy access to restaurants and all the historical sights. Of course the view of the Acropolis from the main balcony is also worth mentioning. The accomodation clean, well equipped and comfortable. But best of all you have a sense of what it wouldve been like to stay in 1920s apartment. Would highly reccomend! Host was accomodating and communication.

This apartment was everything we could have hoped for. The location was so central we could walk everywhere, and the views of the Acropolis from the terrace were incredible. There was a lovely welcome basket with all you need to make breakfast, and a lot of information on the necessary amenities. There were plenty of toiletries to use in the bathrooms, the A/C was a very welcome treat after walking in the heat, and there were plenty of candles to create a great ambience for evenings on the terrace. There was plenty of space for a family with two teens, as they each could have their own room. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent location...

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Athens, extremely convenient for all of the major tourist sites and within driving distance of other major sites plus the beach if required. On first arrival, we met the property manager who was excellent, and showed us around the apartment which is large with several balconies. We did have a few issues with the cleaning of the apartment, for instance, a few small visitors that night, some rubbish from the previous occupants left and the shower not working. However, the property manager was straight onto this when we called him the next day and he got the cleaners in to thoroughly clean. Apart from the small issues, the apartment has excellent air conditioning and is furnished very well, is very comfortable and convenient. Because you are in the middle of Athens, it can be a little noisy but that is to be expected. The convenience of the location is second to none and we would stay there again if we return to Athens.
