This space is designed to provide our guests with maximum comfort. It accommodates two people and includes: a queen-size bed, one bathroom, a balcony, kitchen, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, coffee maker, dishes, iron, bed linens, towels, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV, and furniture with storage for all your belongings.
The building was completed at the end of 2024 and offers amenities such as: a gym with aerobic, weight training and TRX areas, a semi-Olympic swimming pool, coworking space, and laundry facilities.
Upon arrival, please check in at the building’s reception, present your reservation, and then use the numeric code to open the digital lock. There is construction taking place near the building. Between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., some noise may be noticeable. Outside of these hours, the surroundings are quiet and safe. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so we provide earplugs upon request.
Pool & Solarium: Guests may use the pool throughout their stay, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

COMMON AREAS
1. Cowork Area - Space designated for working or studying. - Shared use only, without exclusivity, and available at any time during your stay. - No prior reservation required. - Each guest is responsible for maintaining a peaceful environment, as well as keeping the area clean and tidy. - Any damage caused must be covered by the guest.
2. Swimming Pool & Solarium - Available for guest use daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Guests must shower before entering the pool. - After using the pool, guests must wear appropriate clothing to re-enter the building: - Footwear - Covered torso - Dry clothing and body Please take care of the pool and surrounding gardens, keeping the area clean at all times. The following are not allowed: - Throwing objects into the pool, gardens, or walkways - Smoking or vaping - Eating inside the pool - Bringing glass bottles or cups - Beverages are allowed in the solarium area, ensuring no breakage or accidents occur. In areas with tables, food and drinks may be consumed, as long as cleanliness is maintained and all waste is properly disposed of.
3. Gym Access is permitted only to guests 15 years and older. Operating hours: 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. After using each machine or piece of equipment, guests must leave it clean and ready for the next user. Any damage not caused by normal wear and tear will be reported and charged to the guest. Appropriate sportswear is required: proper gym clothing and a covered torso. The following are not permitted: - Shouting - Playing loud music - Moving or relocating gym equipment Once the workout is finished, all equipment must be returned to its designated place. Guests must respect the order of arrival for using each machine. Guests are fully responsible for their own exercise routines and any injuries that may occur.
SANCTIONS All rules listed in this document must be respected by every guest. Penalties may be applied immediately according to the severity of the infraction.
Minor Infractions – Fine: USD 400 (cumulative)
Examples include: a) Washing or hosing balconies/terraces in a way that causes water to fall onto lower units (plus cleaning charges). b) Parking outside the marked lines. c) Leaving the gym or pool without appropriate clothing. d) Not respecting the order of arrival for gym equipment. e) Other similar situations.
