  • Aspen Home avec quatre chambres (une est une chambre avec lits superposés pour deux - idéal pour les enfants) dispose d'une grande terrasse et d'un bain à remous avec une vue imprenable sur Independence Pass. Chambre d'amis principale et à l'étage climatisée. Salle de cinéma complète, cuisine et salles de bain nouvellement finies, grand salon ouvert et cheminée. Prise en charge des transports en commun à la porte d'entrée pour le centre-ville ou les pistes. Grande maison pour les activités d'hiver ou d'été située à seulement un mile du centre-ville d'Aspen près du spa Aspen Club, des sentiers de randonnée et d'un accès facile aux pistes de ski.

    La maison est à quelques minutes de la ville. Chaleureux et confortable avec une grande cheminée, une salle multimédia incroyable avec un grand écran et des chaises longues inclinables pour cinéma. Dans un quartier calme à exactement un mile par la route du centre-ville. Un petit bus public viendra vous chercher à la porte toutes les 30 minutes avec juste un appel téléphonique et vous emmènera les 5 minutes du centre-ville à la télécabine ou à la gare routière de Ruby Park pour un trajet direct vers l'une des trois autres montagnes. Stationnement hors rue.

    Les chambres ont une literie moelleuse / les salles de bains à l'étage ont des planchers chauffants grande douche à l'italienne.

    Cuisine entièrement équipée pour une excellente cuisine et il y a plus qu'assez d'épices à portée de main pour le meilleur des chefs.

Guys trip

This house is an interesting place. Updated bedrooms and bathrooms on top of solid old bones. The theater room is an old recording studio. If the wall could talk I’m sure there would be some great stories. Kitchen is well equipped with what you need and all the spices for cooking. Plenty of A/V equipment for entertainment. Close to town and the ski shuttle is easy to use. Huge back deck that would be great in the warmer months.

The location was great. The property manager was always available and extremely helpful. The media room was perfect to watch the super bowl as well as a movie with the whole family. Strongly recommend this home.

Perfect House for Family

Had an amazing time over Christmas at Knollwood. The kitchen and dining areas perfectly fit all 10 of us and the movie theatre was a dream. Everyone had very comfortable sleeping arrangements, loved the hot tub, and the house was so convenient to town. The House Manager was very attentive and checked in on us to make sure all was good. Would most definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect house for our crazy group of Mom, Dad, 3 Adult Children , 1 Boyfriend, & 2 Grandchildren! We had plenty of space to gather or not and the media room was classic!! We enjoyed grilling and gathering on the deck and would definitely stay there again.

Colorado wedding

We had a nice time because there were only four of us. The house is an ok first floor. A few broken things. My son in law had to fix a ceiling light in the bath. The downstairs bathroom is pretty old and trashed. The sleeping arrangements for downstairs aren’t great. Wallpaper in bunk room is peeling off. Anyway. The location is fantastic...

We had a great stay in the house this summer. Everything was well kept. The deck and theatre room are especially wonderful. Communication with the property manager and owner was top notch. Would rent again.

Great location for family get-together.

Everyone enjoyed the property to the utmost. Location was convenient and peaceful. One negative involved a toaster emergency, and our multiple calls to the property manager were never returned. Situation resolved by us, but did create some undue stress. Other than that one incident, would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to other renters.

Our group loved this house!

We absolutely loved our stay in Aspen! The house is just as it's pictured - very big and open and perfect for a group. The deck and hot tub are amazing and have such a good view. The theater was amazing and my only regret is that we didn't use it more! Book here - you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful cozy homie place

Home was perfect for 3 couples. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and theater. Location was perfect to head back to town for dinner although the kitchen has everything you need, you do have to dig a little to find things but it’s perfectly equipped. Danny was very helpful and available immediately. Overall wonderful stay.

Absolutely beautiful home with stunning views and a great location

The property itself is stunning and in a great location. The views are beautiful and it's just a short cab ride to downtown Aspen and the ski lifts. The house was clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. The property manager was also super helpful and there to assist when we needed anything. My friends and I had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing trip!

Great Aspen House

This Aspen home is very clean and well-located with a large deck and new, top of the line kitchen appliances. It was a nice space for our family of five. We didn’t use the home theater but it looked amazing. Downstairs bedroom does not have windows.

Unique house great stay

This was the perfect get-away Aspen home for our family of 5 adults and 1 dog. Plenty of room, very well stocked with supplies, beautiful kitchen, and an amazing theater room that used to be a recording studio. Everything was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Great access to downtown Aspen via dial a ride bus, that made life much easier, as parking is an adventure. Only suggestion to owners...most remote controls need batteries...and there are many remotes.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We recently stayed here with my nephew and his two children 4th of July week and all had a great time. The home was very well appointed and had everything we needed for a great trip. We all enjoyed the hot tub and home theater and had dinners on the very spacious deck most evenings. Since we love to cook we were thrilled that the kitchen was so well stocked. We were initially concerned about the distance from the core but in reality we walked into the store and town most days or if needed took the bus. The beds were very comfortable with really nice bedding as well. I would highly recommend this home and will plan to stay there again.

Great location, not in town, but perfectly close by.

The house has a bunch of room to spread out and relax. The beds had comfortable mattresses and that was conducive to a nice quiet sleep. The deck and hot tub attached to the home were amazing. The deck provided a great place to unwind and enjoy apres skiing "chill'n" in the hot tub. Overall the house provided everything we needed. Would gladly stay in this home again.

Wonderful house, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. The beds were great, the living room furniture was lovely and great for lounging, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We were two families, and we felt there was good space for us to have our privacy and also great common space for coming together. We all got a kick out of the movie theatre. The kids especially enjoyed it. I would definitely stay here again.

Lot's of space and great location

What a fabulous home! My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Aspen. The home is just a little bit outside of Aspen core, but it's only an 18 minute walk to the City Market or there is a bus that will pick you up at the door and take you into town for $1. The home is in a pretty neighborhood. The main living spaces, master bedroom, second bedroom, and bunk room are on the first floor. In the basement, there is another bedroom and bath, plus a couple of other beds for overflow. The highlight is the movie theater in the basement. This home used to have a recording studio and the theater is in the old studio. It has soundproof walls, very comfortable Lazy-Boy type chairs, and a great movie system (though it is a little confusing to figure out at first). I loved that we could sign onto our Netflix account and watch movies on the theater screen. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of pots, pans, and spices. We also enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Overall, this is a great vacation home and we look forward to staying there again next summer.

Fantastic

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Lots of space for large families, easy public transportation to town. Fabulous view of the mountains, right at the base of Independence Pass (worth the ride up the Pass, weather permitting). Perfect place to relax at the end of the day after taking in all of the sights and activities.
