This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with efficiency kitchen is located right next to the spacious recreation area with an outdoor pool, gas grill, lounge furniture and exercise room at the Chateau Roaring Fork complex. With convenient access to parking and the recreation area, the local area shuttle to get you to Aspen and the ski areas, and just a short walk to downtown Aspen, this is the perfect place to call home during your visit to Aspen Snowmass.

The open concept floor plan with modern furnishings, comfortable living room seating and a dining area to accommodate all guests is a wonderful space to share time with your friends and/or family. The efficiency kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, two burner stovetop, coffee maker and toaster - everything you need to enjoy a light breakfast before heading out to explore all that Aspen has to offer. Just a few blocks to the heart of downtown Aspen you will find incredible restaurants where you can enjoy dining out when a hearty meal is warranted. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bath. The exposed wood beams and ceiling create a cozy cabin feel to the bedrooms. The guest bedroom also has one queen bed. The layout is perfect for a small family, two couples or friends traveling together. Please note there is not a working fireplace in this vacation rental.

The Chateau Roaring Fork condos are located just 4 blocks from the heart of downtown Aspen. The free local area shuttle stops just across the street every 20 minutes, allowing for quick and convenient access to the grocery, restaurants, shops, Aspen Mountain and Rubey Park Transit Station where you can catch free shuttles to the Maroon Bells and any of the other 3 ski areas. This condo is a great vacation rental choice any time of year!

Aspen Getaway

I had a fantastic experience at this VRBO! The property was perfect, just a short walk to all that Aspen has to offer, and being close to the grocery store made it super convenient for picking up snacks. I also appreciated how most communication was handled via text, and the hosts were very responsive. The hot water for showers was a bit inconsistent, but it was easy to manage. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I’ll definitely be booking again!

Great stay and close to everything

We absolutely loved our stay here in Aspen! The location is perfect, the condo is exactly as described, and because it’s mainly owned condos it didn’t feel busy at all. I loved the check in process and how streamlined it was to access all of the condos amenities from the portal. Would recommend to anyone coming to Aspen.
