A rare opportunity to truly live in Aspen—not simply visit.
Perched above Aspen in the desirable Mountain Valley neighborhood, this beautifully appointed private residence offers breathtaking panoramic views of Aspen Mountain, Mt. Sopris, and the surrounding peaks—all just five minutes from downtown Aspen and world-class skiing on Ajax.
Sophisticated yet wonderfully inviting, the home combines elegant interiors, exceptional outdoor living, and the privacy of a peaceful mountain setting with effortless access to everything Aspen has to offer.
THE RESIDENCE
Soaring ceilings, expansive windows, bamboo floors, and abundant natural light create an atmosphere of understated mountain luxury.
The gracious living room features a welcoming gas fireplace, while the beautifully equipped open kitchen and generous dining area are equally suited to relaxed family meals and entertaining friends.
Thoughtfully furnished throughout, this is a genuine private home rather than a typical vacation rental, offering warmth, character, and the comforts of gracious everyday living.
BEDROOMS & ACCOMMODATIONS
The Primary Suite
Occupying the top floor, the luxurious primary suite enjoys spectacular mountain views, a private gas fireplace, expansive walk-in closet, and spa-inspired bathroom with a whirlpool tub and steam shower.
Two Main-Level Guest Bedrooms
Beautifully appointed with plush linens, abundant sunshine, and inviting furnishings, the two additional bedrooms provide comfortable, private accommodations for family and guests.
All three traditional bedrooms are above ground and filled with natural light—there are no basement or below-grade bedrooms.
Private Media Room & Fourth Sleeping Space
A separate media room offers a comfortable retreat for movies, reading, or relaxation. Featuring a queen Murphy bed and its own full bathroom, it also provides flexible additional sleeping arrangements for family members or occasional overflow.
Although the home has four sleeping spaces, occupancy is intentionally limited to six guests to preserve comfort and privacy.
Bathrooms feature soft Turkish towels and thoughtfully selected amenities.
EXCEPTIONAL OUTDOOR LIVING
Enjoy Aspen’s magnificent scenery from your private hot tub overlooking the ski slopes, where gondolas glide across the mountain by day and the lights of Aspen sparkle after dark.
Heated patios, a gas fire pit, comfortable outdoor seating, and a barbecue make outdoor entertaining a pleasure in every season.
From peaceful mornings with coffee to après-ski cocktails beneath the stars, these inviting spaces capture the magic of mountain living.
MINUTES FROM EVERYTHING ASPEN
One of the home’s greatest conveniences is the neighborhood’s dedicated door-to-door shuttle, typically operating approximately every 30 minutes until 2 a.m., subject to schedule.
Enjoy skiing, restaurants, galleries, shopping, and nightlife without the inconvenience of downtown parking.
Mountain Valley’s location also avoids much of the traffic along Aspen’s main approaches, allowing you to return quickly to the tranquility of your private retreat.
For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, the beautiful trails of North Star Nature Preserve are just minutes away.
DESIGNED FOR EXTENDED STAYS
Unlike many vacation properties, this residence is exceptionally well equipped for guests spending weeks or months in Aspen.
Additional amenities include:
• Dedicated private office • Private fitness room • Heated garage and driveway parking • Spacious laundry room and mudroom • Generous closets and storage • Four hours of professional housekeeping included weekly • Dedicated local property manager available throughout your stay

Monthly and extended stays are preferred, with longer seasonal reservations warmly welcomed.
