All the comforts and amenities of a deluxe mountain residence just steps to Aspen Mountain. Walk over to the Shadow Mountain lift to start your ski day. This uncrowded lift offers great access to the amazing skiing on Aspen Mountain. At the end of the day you can ski down the ski way to right outside the 700 Monarch building (conditions permitting) and click out of your skis. In the summer months you will enjoy the ease of access to the great hiking trails on Aspen Mountain and the short walk to the downtown restaurants and nightlife. Start your day with a coffee and muffin at Paradise Bakery before you hop on the Aspen Mountain gondola.

700 Monarch is located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood but yet is so convenient. The wood burning fireplace will welcome you home each afternoon where you will enjoy quiet afternoons or settle into the cozy outdoor furniture on the balcony and relax in the afternoon sun with your favorite beverage. The inviting living room sofa is perfect for unwinding after starting a fire in the wood burning fireplace or prepare a great dinner in the deluxe fully stocked kitchen. You will appreciate the open-concept living area when spending time with your traveling companions.

The condo is all one level and is located on the third floor without elevator access. Please contact us in advance if we can be of assistance with your luggage. The third floor location provides for vaulted ceilings and views from the balcony of skiers or hikers enjoying Aspen Mountain. A complete remodel of this home was completed in the fall of 2021 and is beautifully and thoughtfully finished. The master features a king bed and en-suite spa-like bath. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds that can be made into a king upon request prior to your arrival. These flexible bedding arrangements make this vacation rental perfect for all groups of travelers - families, friends, couples will all enjoy sharing this upscale condo. You will truly enjoy your stay in this contemporary mountain home just across the street from the lift and ski trails on Aspen Mountain and 3 blocks to the heart of downtown Aspen's numerous shops, restaurants and nightlife.

This condo is located on the 3rd floor. We may be able to provide luggage assistance as needed with advance notice.

Great property totally update a few minutes walking to town. The communication beforehand and during the say was amazing. All done via text and very responsive. Just a couple of things to be aware of is the parking garage is limited by height so make sure you are aware of that before hand and secondly the unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so keep that in mind when packing that heavy suitcase. Overall a great location managed by a great team, would definitely return.

Great apartment

What a lovely apartment in a great location. Everything you needed was provided and all great quality. Easy walk to town center and restaurants and nice view of the mountain. Car parking easy and great communication with host company. Only slight issue was all the stairs. The unit is on the 3rd floor and at the high altitude meant we were a bit breathless going up. Easily solved with some oxygen cans so recommend them! Definitely recommend.

Wonderful!

The condo is so well appointed- they thought of everything to make guests feel at home. The decor and furnishings are so well done including the comfort of the couch and beds! We highly recommend this property and will definitely rent again when we are back in the area.

Great Aspen Spot

We loved our stay at this condo. It has been immaculately renovated with high end finishes. The location was great. It is up a hill but we knew that from description/reviews. Use caution as not every part of the sidewalk is salted when walking towards town. The space fit 4 of us very nicely but I think it would have been tight with 6 adults. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice new apartment in prime location

The apartment on the inside is just as nice as the pictures, very new with a nice kitchen and bathrooms. It is a 3rd floor walk up, but has a locker for ski storage on the ground floor which is convenient. Location is excellent as a 5 min walk to town, Aspen mountain and the buses to other mountains.

Easy walk into town. The unit was very comfortable and loved the decorating! Wish there was an elevator in the building with the unit being on the top floor. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Aspen.

Spacious condo, great central location

We enjoyed this nicely appointed, clean, centrally located condo right in downtown Aspen, walkable to Aspen mountain. It was a short walk to all of our desired destinations. Although we didn't ski Aspen mountain (took shuttle or Uber to Snowmass), the location was exactly what we were hoping for. Climbing the hill and then walking up the stairs 3 flights each night did prove a little tiring but it was a nice little exercise boost for the group!

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo decor and amenities are excellent. Short walk to everything in Aspen. We were there in summer for a wedding. The condo is up 3 flights of stairs. Something to be aware of when renting.

The team at iTrip Vacations Aspen Snowmass was fantastic. They made the entire process of the condo rental smooth, easy, informative and professional. Their support during the stay was also top-notch. The property is nicely renovated and in walking distance to everything in town. As others have noted, it is a 3-flight walk up. Also worth noting is that the condo is at the top of a steep hill which is tricky after it snows and freezes. I would rent with the iTrip group again without hesitation.

Aspen summer

Great experience with manager and arrival to property. Convenient location near town and Ajax Mountain. It’s an older property with no AC and no elevator to a third floor unit, but we enjoyed the condo and would stay there again.

Incredible Location and Great Layout

We loved staying here. We skied right out of lift 1A every morning and right back to the condo at the end of the day. Town is a short 5 minute walk. The 3 bedroom layout allows for various sleeping arrangements, which is great. Loved the real fireplace and high ceilings. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for meals. My only complaint is that the pillows on the couch needed cleaning, but that is a tiny detail that did not deter from all the other benefits and positives of this property. We look forward to staying here again!

Disgusting, I want my money back

The unit was disgusting. One of the showers seemed to have blood stains in it - no one showered in it during the entire trip (that means 4 of us had to share one bathroom). The refrigerator smelled so bad that we couldn't open it the entire trip. We essentially had no refrigerator because of this. Please have someone contact me ASAP to discuss a refund. I would rather resolve this with cordially than have to put a stop payment with my bank. Thank you
