The condo is all one level and is located on the third floor without elevator access. Please contact us in advance if we can be of assistance with your luggage. The layout of the home is great for families or friends traveling together. The master features a king bed and the second bedroom has one queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king upon request prior to your arrival. These flexible bedding arrangements make this vacation rental perfect for all groups of travelers. Any time of year you will truly enjoy your stay in this comfortable condo.



All the comforts of a mountain home just steps to Aspen Mountain for hiking or skiing. At the end of the day you can ski down the ski way to right outside the 700 Monarch building (conditions permitting) and click out of your skis. Aspen Mountain Gondola is just 3 blocks away.

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. Humidifiers and hair dryers are in each bedroom and bathroom. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
