« The property was great. The only problem being the television only had YouTube. »

« Novel Hotel is a relatively modern resort on the shores of Lake Issyk-kul. It's location is at the far end of the strip of resorts centered around Cholpon-Ata. There are only a few General stores around the local Village and no restaurants, so eating options are restricted to the resort itself. The hotel restaurant, next to the swimming pool, provides good standard of food at a relatively expensive price. The big advantage of Novel is its frontage to a pleasant and private beach that although...

« Everything is perfect! »

« Excellent hotel. Staff assisted me with all needs. Good location and safe facility. Bravo! »

« Friendly staff and great food at restaurant »

« The facility is good. But the instruction to check in is poor. They said there was free water, but none. »

« Personnel tres aimable. Ils ont rapidement repondu a mes demande. »

« It’s quiet and clean . For its money it’s really good place »

« My family and I stayed at this property for two nights. We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. Based on our positive experience, we would certainly recommend this property to others. »

« Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up. The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared...
