Whether you’re here for a romantic weekend, a family getaway, or a peaceful work-from-lake retreat, Serenity Cottage sets the scene for memories made easy.

You will love this home! Here are some features:

*Very private and peaceful setting surrounded by trees.

*Enjoy your morning coffee on the private large deck that includes two elevated captain chairs, outdoor dining, flat top grill with propane and 2 umbrellas.

*Open and spacious floor plan. When you walk in you are greeted with a vaulted wood ceiling, fully equipped and updated kitchen, Roku TV and dining room.

*Private backyard with cozy firepit and plenty of seating. In the fall and winter, this is where you can see the lake views the best. You may also see a deer or two, ospreys flying overhead or possibly catch the flight of a bald eagle. There are cornhole boards, hammocks and more available for your use.

*Two bedrooms with queen beds.
-One bedroom is larger with a closet system and desk. It also includes a box fan and nightstands with charging ports.
-Second bedroom is very cozy with ceiling fan, end table with drawers, hooks and under the bed storage bins.

*Plenty of private parking at the top of the driveway. It then leads to a narrow stone driveway/walkway down the hill to the cottage. Due to the slope, if it snows you may not be able to drive all of the way down.

*Several boardgames, cards, and children's books to make some fun memorable moments. There are also 2 Bluetooth speakers for your use.

*Laundry is accessible by going out the back deck and down the stairs (it is not accessible through the home).

Please note:
**Although there are only 4 steps to gain access into the home the property is on a fairly steep incline from the driveway to the backyard. There are also 16 steps from the back deck to the backyard. We do not recommend this home for those that may have mobility issues.
