« I checked in around 11pm; the room was not pretty; then I saw BUGS in the bed, and I noticed I didn't have a cell phone. Even when I went to the balcony, I found the room phone was broken. So I went to the lobby lobby & a bunch guys look at me a piece of meat. Then the guy behind the desk tells me the WiFi is down, If I need to make a call I can call from the lobby. I tell him it's not safe if I can't reach my family from my room. The front desk guy tells me not to worry his men will protect me...
