The space
Nestled in the serene surroundings, Eagle's Perch offers a cozy retreat for guests seeking tranquility and natural beauty. The property features a charming studio apartment with comfortable amenities, ideal for solo travelers or couples. Inside, guests will find a well-appointed living space complete with essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Outside, the property boasts stunning views and direct access to the nearby river, perfect for fishing enthusiasts or those simply looking to reconnect with nature. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, Eagle's Perch promises a memorable stay in the heart of nature's wonders.
Guest access
You have use of everything in the apartment. There are two decks that you can use on the side of the house with great views of the river and beyond. With a short walk there is also access to the river where there is great fishing.
Other things to note
There is no stove/oven. There is a hot plate for cooking.

There is no smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside.

Pets will be allowed but there is a pet fee. Let us know if you will be in need of pet accommodations. Dogs are the only pets allowed.

NOTE: aggressive animals will not be allowed to stay on the property for the safety of other guests.

Park in designated parking spots unless loading or unloading.

There is a ring camera floodlight on the outside of the building to assist with late arrivals in the unloading zone. There are no cameras inside the unit.
