We had a plumbing situation and the managers were prompt in rerooming us and even extended to us an extra room at no additional cost. Il y avait même des cafards dans la salle de bain. Il y a des gens qui habitent cet endroit à l’année et ce n’est pas rassurant. L’odeur est insupportable autant dans l’immeuble que dans la chambre. I had a room that had a refrigerator and stove but there were no pots, pans nor dishes in the room. I would have to pay for them if I wanted the hotel to supply me with them.
