The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel. »

« Property is pretty however will never stay here again, the wifi wasn’t working and very crucial for me as I work from home the shower did not have a wall to cover the entire shower therefore the ENTIRE bathroom would get wet I used almost all the towels just to soak up the water it was terrible. The room was so hot and thermostat couldn’t go below 72 it just overall was not a good stay for how expensive it was I would NOT recommend there are more affordable and functional properties out there...

« We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again. »

« We really like staying here, but it just seems that every time I go there’s always something that the cleaning staff has not handled, one night stay there was ice cream in the freezer from previous occupant and the inside of the refrigerator hadn’t been wiped down. »

We keep returning because the property is accessible for my mom, who has difficulty with stairs and long walks. Although our usual two-bedroom suite was unavailable and we were initially assigned the wrong room, the front desk fixed the issue right away.
