Other Things to Note
• Incinerating Toilet: This cabin uses an incinerating toilet instead of a traditional flush toilet. Please carefully follow the operating instructions posted in the bathroom. A liner MUST be placed in the toilet before every use. Proper use of the liner and following the posted steps are essential for the toilet to function correctly and prevent damage.
• There is no dishwasher in the home.
• Use of the fire pit, fireplace, and BBQ grill is strictly prohibited whenever a burn ban is in effect.

About the Reservation
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation: Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Extensions are welcome, subject to availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to the original cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
30+ Night Reservations: A double cleaning fee, tenant screening, a signed lease agreement, and a security deposit are required to fully confirm reservations of 30 nights or longer.

About Fees & Pricing
• The regular nightly rate covers 2 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 4 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

House Rules
• Incinerating Toilet: Guests MUST follow the instructions posted in the bathroom and use a liner every time before using the toilet. Never use the toilet without a liner.
• This is a pet friendly home and we charge a fee of $50/night but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
